Sunglasses and headaches

Most people suffer from headaches at one time or another and many North Americans suffer from migraines whose frequency varies from several times a year to once a month or more often. In many cases, a migraine or severe headaches force the person to remain isolated until it disappears, which affects their ability to work, socialize and, in general, to live fully.

What most people do not already realize is that regular use of a good  pair of sunglasses   can prevent a lot of migraines and headaches! Whether it's the summer solstice or the icy depths of winter, a pair of high  quality sunglasses   is a very useful preventive health accessory, as well as a fashion accessory. Since bright light can trigger migraines, headaches and contribute to tension and other disorders, a good  pair of sunglasses   can dramatically improve your quality of life and prevent serious eye degeneration that can eventually lead to to blindness.

An effective  pair of sunglasses   should block UVA and UVB rays, but new research suggests that high-energy visible light (HEV) may also contribute to vision problems, especially in children. Data on this is still insufficient, but some manufacturers now aim to block UV light and HEV light, reducing visual changes or damage caused by light sources.

It is very important to note that black glasses are not the same as exclusive UV glasses. Make sure your blinds are made by a reputable manufacturer and are certified to at least block UVA and UVB rays. If they do not, it is quite possible that they aggravate your exposure to a harmful light. deceiving your eyes in.
