  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 240 ml vegan milk (soy milk or other)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 spoon of coconut oil

Pancakes is one of the tastiest breakfast food ever invented! But did you know that they are easy to prepare, can be vegan, filled with your favorite fruits for extra taste, and ravish anyone?

Even a man can prepare them in 20 minutes anytime, with a few instructions!

Basically, all you have to do is to get flour and baking powder mixed with vegan milk and a little bit of apple cider vinegar.

If you want to skip sugar, you can replace it with a mashed banana to replace chemical sugar with natural one. In any case, it will be tasty and can be accompanied as you like!

1. Round up the ingredients

Start by getting all the ingredients you will use to prepare the fluffy vegan pancakes. You can easily double up ingredients quantities to scale the recipe for more people, it will take the same preparation time, simply more time to prepare all pancakes.

2. Mix up all solid ingredients

In a bowl, mix together all your solid ingredients, which are flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, until it becomes homogeneous.

3. Mix up all liquid ingredients

In another bowl, mix together all your liquid ingredients (except coconut oil) until obtaining an homogeneous mix: vegan milk and apple cider vinegar.

4. Mix up both mixes

Add the liquid mix in the solid mix and stir slowly.

5. Get an homogeneous mix

Stir until getting an homogeneous mix with a satisfying consistence – add up some milk if it isn’t smooth enough. Let it rest as much as 10 minutes to raise the dough and get fluffier vegan pancakes.

6. Warm up the pan

Warm up the pan with a bit of coconut oil. Whenever the oil is totally liquid, it is time to start preparing pancakes!

7. Lay dough on a pan

Put a spoon of dough on the warm pan and try to get it a round shape.

8. Wait for bubbles

Let it warm up on the pan until bubbles are appearing on top of the pancake. It is sign that you can flip it over!

9. Flip the pancake

After bubbles appeared on your pancake, flip it over and let it cook approximately the same time on that other side.

10. Repeat and vary
