Does Dry Skin Cause Wrinkles

Many people mistakenly believe that dry skin is the cause of their wrinkles.

Although dry skin is not the cause of wrinkles, it can give an aged appearance to the skin simply because of the complexion of the skin when it is dry.

Having a dry skin will certainly not help to make it look younger and the fact that its skin is excessively dry means that it is missing something, either because it needs more hydration or because lack of sufficient exfoliation.

To make the skin less dry and younger, make sure it is well hydrated.

It is also essential to ensure that it is well hydrated and that it comes from the inside.

The best way to ensure that your skin is sufficiently hydrated is to drink enough water throughout the day so that your whole body is well hydrated and your skin becomes a reflection of this state of health.

You should drink water all day in small amounts, rather than trying to meet your recommended daily limit by drinking large amounts at a time.

By getting enough water, your skin will be translucent and clear.

There is another reason why your skin may look dry, even if you get enough water to stay hydrated, because of the accumulation of dead  skin cells   on the surface of your skin.

These dead cells can make the skin dry, while it is not dry at all.

By exfoliating your skin and removing dead skin, you will have a better vision of the real condition of your skin and it will also allow you to better hydrate the skin.
