Exfoliation

One of the ways to keep skin healthier is to exfoliate.

An exfoliation will help remove dead  skin cells   and skin surface residues.

This can be done in many ways, but you should be careful how you handle exfoliation, as this can sometimes do more damage than good.

Dead skin, grime and residues on the surface of the skin make the complexion dull and faded.

By removing this, the skin may look a lot cooler and healthier.

When you exfoliate your facial skin, you must be especially careful not to use too hard products and if your skin is a bit sensitive, you will need to check for redness and if you should. stop immediately.

A washcloth will suit most people because it will clean the skin while remaining soft enough to cause no problem with all skin except the most sensitive.

It is not wise to use exfoliating brushes or loofahs on your face because they are better suited to the skin of the rest of your body that can withstand a little more abrasion without damage.

Another solution is to use a chemical exfoliant that does not require abrasive action and always removes dead  skin cells   from the surface of the skin.

Even these formulations must first be tested on a small area of the face, as they can still cause reactions with certain types of skin.

There are also very effective natural scrubs that, even if they do not produce the instant effects of some chemical exfoliants and exfoliating brushes, will also do the same job over a long time without causing any damage to the skin.
