Charge the batteries.

Disconnect the batteries, add distilled water and recharge them at home. Some experts advise charging the batteries every 30 to 60 days.

Choose the best storage method for your boat.

You have three options: rear yard storage, interior storage or shipyard retractable wrapping. Storage in the yard is a practical and practical approach. Keeping the boat in your job site only requires a boat cover, which should be strong and made of breathable materials to prevent moisture and mold growth. On the other hand, storage inside means keeping your boat in a paying establishment. This can be a bit expensive, but it ensures your boat is safe and protected from winter conditions.
