Yaya za a kula da tsarin narkewa?

Rashin lafiyar kwayar halitta yana da rinjaye ta hanyar salon rayuwa da abincin da muke ci. Ta hanyar bin hanyoyin da za a inganta lafiyar jiki mai narkewa, tsarin narkewa zaiyi aiki da kyau, don haka inganta kyakkyawar lafiyar lafiya.
