Whether you fill your kitchen floor, replace your kitchen fixtures, or redo the walls of your kitchen, you may be at risk of injury. The best way to avoid injury is to familiarize yourself with your environment, the materials you use and your tools. If an injury persists, you must act immediately.

If you simply have a cut that requires bandaging, take a few minutes to do so, especially if you are bleeding. You will not want to have blood on your newly renovated kitchen. In case of serious injury, such as a cut that may require stitches, it is advisable to have it repaired. Visiting your doctor or the emergency room is the best. Although you may not want to stop remodeling your kitchen, it can wait; you will not want to put yourself in danger anymore
